 XI EXPLICA'M, STORY FAIR 2026 – A weekend in the city with the story as a common thread, as a way of narrating stories for children, but also for young people and adults. There will be stalls of books, illustrators and crafts with products related to the world of the story in the streets of the city centre; shows of great artistic quality in different spaces and for all audiences; themed activities to enjoy as a family and much more.

Friday 12th June

 Itinerant opening show LA LLEBRE I LA TORTUGA. At 18h. Route: Monastery Square – Promenade. By cia. Teatre Nu. For all audiences.

Saturday 13th June

STORY FAIR. From 10h to 20h on La Rambla. With workshops, presentations, storytelling and book signings at the stalls.

 World of stories. From 10 to 13h at Sant Joan Square. Play installation that combines stories and play. By Kincakau. In collaboration with: : Octavi Viader Public Library. From 2 to 10 years old.

Storytelling “The Steadfast Tin Soldier”. At 10h on Sant Antoni Street. By Volunteers of the reading Club. For all audiences

Face-painting workshop: become a story character (fairies, dragons, princesses, fantastic animals, etc.). From 10:30 to 13:30 h. By MdeMonster and Dana Body Art. Price: from 4 €. On Hospital street. For all audiences.

Show “The Storm of the Ocean”. At 10:30 h in the Juli Garreta Gardens. By the Alive Foundation – Galp Costa Brava and Empordà Mar. In collaboration with La Xarxa (Xarxa Foundation of Children's and Youth Shows). For all audiences.
